You can charge Stars using various payment methods on the Tevi app or website. However, sometimes you may encounter a situation where Stars are not added to your Tevi Wallet immediately after a successful recharge. This can be due to several reasons, such as:
- Payment system is overloaded during peak hours.
- A glitch occurs due to making a recharge while the Tevi system is under maintenance.
- Other payment errors by payment side.
I got the cause, but how do i solve my top-up problem?
If your Stars are not added up immediately, please wait for 1 day for the payment system to process your transaction.
In case you still do not receive them after 1 day, you can form a payment support request to Tevi CS for thorough assistance. In this case, you need to collect the following information before submitting a support ticket:
- Your recharge method (Google Play, Apple Pay, Shopee Pay,...).
- Attachment of your recharge receipt, including Order ID information.
What are the conditions to recharge Stars?
To recharge Stars, you need to meet the following conditions:
- Have a Tevi account.
- The amount of money in your account must be greater than the denomination you want to recharge.
- The number of Stars recharged on the Tevi app does not exceed 20000 Stars a day (Star charging amount via website is unlimited).
