- Your Tevi Wallet is not frozen.
- You have at least $10 in your Tevi Wallet.

Withdrawal fees:

- We deduct 5% as service fee of your withdrawal amount.

Withdrawal processing time:

- The withdrawal processing time will display on Pay out detail when you attempt to withdraw. For better experience, please check the "Estimated Received Time" carefully before you initiate a payout request. 

- Pay out processing time frame may be extended if your withdrawal request triggers any suspicious income-generating activity (e.g., "Investigating" status) or is undergoing AML & anti-fraud scans by the paygate.
