Tevi’s Gifter Level Program is designed to reward users who actively engage on Tevi platform. The program includes various levels, each with specific perks and benefits. Here’s an overview of how the program works and its terms and conditions:

1. How It Works:

- Earning Points:

Users earn points by:

• Spending on Membership/Tevi Vip.
• Sending Gifts, Chatting, and donating in Live.
• Spending on Interactions (React/Donate/Reply).
• Spending in Tevi Games.
• Each gift has a point value associated with it.

- Level Progression:

Users progress through different gifter levels as they accumulate points. Higher levels unlock more benefits and perks.

- Benefits:

Benefits can include exclusive badges, increased visibility in live streams, special recognition from creators, and access to exclusive events or content.

- Point Calculation:

Points are calculated based on the value of the number of Star sent and the types of Star Spent.

2. Terms and Conditions

- Eligibility:

Must be a registered Tevi user.

Users must comply with Tevi’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

- Points Accumulation:

Points are earned by sending virtual gifts during live streams and spending actions across Tevi platform with different quantifiers as below:

• Spending on Membership/Tevi Vip: Stars spent x2.
• Sending Gifts and donating in Live: Stars spent x1.
• Spending on Interactions (React/Donate/Reply): Stars spent x0.5.
• Spending in Tevi Games: Stars spent x0.25.

For example: If you spent 1.000 Star on buying membership, you will get 2,000 Points count into your progress for leveling up. Meanwhile, if you spend 1000 Stars on Reacting and Replying, you will get 500 points towards your progress.

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3. Level Progression:

Levels are achieved based on cumulative points earned from sending gifts and practising.

Tevi reserves the right to adjust the points required for each level without prior notice.

Users can check their current level and points through their profile.

4. Benefits and Perks:

Perks associated with each level are subject to change.

Some benefits may include digital badges, and access to exclusive gifts.

Tevi is not liable for any changes or discontinuation of perks.

5. Misconduct and Fraud:

Any attempt to manipulate the points system through fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from the program and potential account suspension.

Users found violating Tevi’s Community Guidelines will have their points and gifter status revoked.

6. Privacy:

Participation in the program may involve the collection of certain user data. Tevi’s Privacy Policy outlines how this data is used and protected.

7. Termination and Changes:

Tevi reserves the right to modify or terminate the Gifter Level Program at any time.
