Withdrawal of funds from your Tevi account can be done easily through the Tevi application. In this article, we will guide you on how to withdraw USD from your account and provide you with additional information regarding withdrawing revenue.

How do Tevi currencies work?

On Tevi platform, each account has two types of account balance: Star and USD.

You can earn USD to your Tevi Wallet by receiving donations from your viewers. Your Star revenue in your account balance will always be auto converted to USD to your Tevi Wallet.

You can also purchase Stars via recharge to support other creators. However, the Stars you have recharged will not be able to transfer to USD like from your event income.

Make a withdraw request to transfer your revenue to your personal bank/earning account:

1. On Tevi app, go to your Menu.
2. Tap "My Wallet".
3. Tap "Payout Request".
4. Choose your preferred payout method
5.  Input the amount of USD that you want to withdraw, then choose your preferred payout option (Fast or saving),
6. Re-check your input information and tap on "Payout Request".

Payout methods

There are different payout methods available for each country, including bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, and e-wallets. You can also add multiple payout methods or destinations to your account.

Payout Option and Estimated Receive Time

Fast:

• Only applies to creators with a blue tick (Verified Space).
• If you choose this option, you'll receive your withdrawal amount within 24 hours from the time requested.
• You'll need to pay 5% service fee if you choose to withdraw using Fast option.

Saving: 

• Applies to all users.
• If you choose saving option, you'll receive your withdrawal amount after 15 - 16 days from the date requested.
• You don't need to pay extra service fee if you choose saving option.

Withdraw limits and fees

Limits

- The minimum amount for a single withdrawal is $10. A charged fee (including platform maintenance and payment gateway fees) will be applied based on the chosen country and payout method.

- For payout using VAI Wallet/USDT/Payoneer, you can withdraw up to $5000 a day.

- For payout using Bank transfer, you can withdraw up to $1000 a day.

Fees

You need to pay a withdrawal fee when you withdraw your earnings from Tevi to your bank account or other payout methods.

​The withdrawal fee consists of:

• Payout fee: This is a fee that Tevi charges for processing your withdrawal. You will be charged 5% of the total amount for each withdrawal.
• Transaction fee: This is a fee that depends on your country and payout method. You may or may not be charged a transaction fee when you withdraw your earnings.
• Fast payout fee: A fee of 5% will be deducted as service fee if you choose to withdraw using Fast option.
