As a creator on Tevi, you can organize your posts neatly using Collections. This feature allows you to group, edit, or delete posts anytime, making them easy to find. We'll also share tips to help you make the most of Collections!

How to Set Up and Add Posts to a Collection

1. Open the Tevi app and go to My Space. Look below your profile name and details.
2. Find the tab labeled "Post" and tap it.
3. Under “Post”, tap "Manage Collections" .
4. Type a name for your new collection in the box that appears, then tap "Create".
5. To add posts:
   • Tap "Add Post" and you’ll see a list of posts you’ve already shared. Pick the ones you want to add to this collection.
   • Or tap "Create Post" to create a new post and add it directly to your collection.

How to Remove Posts from a Collection

1. Go back to the "Post" tab in My Space.
2. Find the collection you want to change and tap it.
3. Tap (⁝) next to the collection name.
4. Choose "Edit" from the options that pop up.
5. You’ll see your posts listed. Next to each post, there’s an "X" button, tap it to remove the post from the collection. (Don’t worry, this won’t delete the post from My Space. It just takes the post out of this collection).

How to Delete a Collection

If you no longer need a collection:

1. Go to "My Space" and choose the collection.
2. Tap the (⁝) button next to the collection.
3. Select "Delete" and confirm your choice.

How to Share a Collection

Want your viewers to see your collection? Share it easily:

1. In a collection, tap the share icon next to your collection’s name.
2. Share it directly or copy the link to paste wherever you like.
3. Anyone who clicks the link will go straight to your shared post collection.

💡 Tips for Using Collections Effectively:

• Sort by topic or audience: Name your collections clearly, like "Hot Posts This March" for posts from March, or "Exclusive for Members Only" for member-only content. This helps viewers find what they want.
• Avoid vague names: Don’t use generic titles like “Posts” or dump all your posts into one collection without sorting. It may confuse your viewers.
• Highlight your best work: Create a “Top Posts” collection to showcase your most popular or favorite posts, this can grab new viewers’ attention more quickly.
• Keep your app updated: Check for Tevi app updates regularly to enjoy a smooth experience with Collections.
