You don’t need to turn off NSFW filtering to see livestreams with Age restrictions.

The NSFW filtering, which you can find in Privacy and Safety settings, does not affect the Age restriction warnings that appear when you join a livestream.

Regardless NSFW filtering status, the Age restriction warning will still pop up when you try to access a livestream with that setting. All you need to do is confirm that you are over 18 years old, and you’ll be able to access the livestream normally.
