The post is set only for paid user
If the creator has restricted access to certain posts, making them available only through a payment, every user needs to spend stars to unlock that content.
The post is set under other Membership Tier (Post created during an old Tevi version)
If you see a message saying "become a member to unlock this content" even though you're already a member of the Space, it’s likely that the post you’re trying to view was set for a different Membership Tier.
This issue could happen when you attempt to access a post that created before April 2024. Upon an old version, creators are allow to create more than 1 Membership Tier, and their old posts remain if no action is taken by the creators.
Tevi currently allows creators to set up only one Membership Tier since April 2024, so it's possible that the other Membership Tier(s) was deleted. If that’s the case, posts created under the deleted Membership Tier won’t be accessible to members of the new, active Membership Tier.
What can you do in this scenario
1. Check the post created date.
2. If the post was created during April 2024 or earlier, please contact the creator to confirm if your Membership Tier could access the post.
3. If the post was created after April 2024, please check your Tevi App update, then request a support ticket at "Reporting App Issue" and fill in required information to get support.
