I've Subscribed to a Creator, but Their Content Does Not Meet My Expectations. Will I Get a Refund?

Unfortunately, according to Tevi's Terms of Condition, refunds are not provided if you’re dissatisfied with the features or content offered through the platform. 

However, if you’re unhappy with the benefits of a Membership Tier you’ve subscribed to, you have the option to cancel the renewal of your membership. This will prevent you from being charged on a monthly basis going forward.
