If you believe you’ve been scammed by a creator while using a feature within the Tevi app, it’s important to take immediate action by reporting the issue. Here’s what you can do:
Step 1: Create a report Ticket
- Go to helper.tevi.com, login your Tevi account, then select "Submit a request"
- Choose "Report a Space" option.
Step 2: Provide detailed information
When submitting your ticket, be sure to include the following details:
- Description of the incident:
Clearly explain the situation, specifying which feature you were using when you were scammed, and provide a step-by-step account of how the incident happened.
- Attach proofs:
- Space Link: Include the link to the creator's Space in question.
- Live ID: If the issue involves a paid livestream, collect the Live ID, which can be found under Menu > My Asset > Share.
- Post Link: For issues related to specific posts or pay-per-post content, please provide the relevant post link.
- Transaction ID: For any Transactions made in Tevi that related to the scam or may help with the investigation, find under My Wallet > Transaction History.
- (Optional) Screenshots/screen recording relates to the topic.
Step 3: Submit report ticket
Make sure to fill in all necessary information required, then click/tap "Submit".
Tevi will review the proof you’ve provided and conduct an investigation. If the creator’s actions are found to be in violation of Tevi’s policies, appropriate measures will be taken against the creator’s Space.

Will I get a refund for my purchases from that creator if they are proven to be a scammer?
Currently, Tevi does not have a refund policy for in-app transactions.
It’s important to be cautious and consider your star spending carefully. While we will take necessary actions against creators who violate our policies, refunds for transactions are not available at this time.
