If you wish to turn off your Creator Space but keep your Tevi account, the best option is to Unpublished your Space. This change is not permanent, and you can republish your Space at any time.

Before you unpublish your Space:

​If you have existing members or those with recurring memberships who have paid in advance, we strongly recommend notifying them of your decision to unpublish your Space. You can do this by sending them a message or making a post.

Once you unpublished your Space, you need to wait for 24 hours to public your Space again.

What happens when you unpublish your Space:

• Once your Space is unpublished:
• No one will be able to search for your Space.
• Followers will lose access, and no new followers can be added.
• All content within your Space will be hidden from view.
• Your Space information will be inaccessible.
• You will not receive messages through your Space.
• New sign-ups or renewals for Memberships will be disabled.

How to unpublish your Space:

Once again, before unpublishing your Space, we recommend communicating your decision to your members through a message or post.

- On the Tevi App:

1. Go to My Space.
2. Tap on Creator Tools located on the main Space Home screen.
3. In the Creator Tools screen, select Privacy & Safety.
4. Navigate to Privacy & Safety and tap on the Unpublished Your Space option.

- On Tevi Website:

1. Click on the ☰ Settings icon at the top right of the screen.
2. The Settings pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen. Select Privacy & Safety.
3. In the Privacy & Safety pop-up, click on the Unpublished Your Space option.
4. Click Save to confirm your selection.
