Can I delete my Tevi account?

To delete your Tevi account, you have two options:

  1. Contact Tevi support: Send an email to and they will guide you through the account deletion process.
  2. ​Deactivate your account: Go to your account settings and select the "Deactivate Account" option. Your account will be temporarily deactivated for 30 days. You can reactivate it at any time during this period.

Please note that permanently deleting your account will result in the loss of all data, and you will no longer be able to log in or use Tevi services. Refunds for purchased items or subscriptions will not be provided.
