  Messaging is a free-of-charge extension. You can freely install and activate to use.

• Why can't I start a message with my followers or subscribers?

  For now, Messaging is just supported for your followers/subscribers to start the coversation first.

• Why can't I keep chatting with one of my followers or subscribers?

  You can only send direct message to your followers or subscribers. If you cannot chat with a user that you had chatted with, that one may have unfollowed or unsubscribed your channel.

• Can I change the group of people that I want to chat with?

  Yes, you can easily switch between Follower & Subscriber-only in Tool > Messaging
