How to check withdraw process on Tevi
Monitoring your withdrawal process is crucial to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience when converting your earnings into real money.
To check Withdraw process:
1. Go to Menu and tap “My Wallet”.
2. Tap “Payout Tracking”.
The withdrawal status will be displayed, indicating whether it is Processing, Successful, Failed, or On Hold.
- Waiting:
Your payout request has been sent out successfully and is waiting for system confirmation.
- In progress:
The system has received your withdrawal request and is currently processing it. This status indicates that your request is in the queue for further handling.
- Success:
This status confirms that your withdrawal has been completed and the requested amount has been transferred into your personal account.
- Failed:
The system encountered an issue transferring funds to your account. This failure could be due to incorrect transfer information. In such cases, the withdrawn amount that was unsuccessful will be automatically refunded to your Tevi Wallet.
- Investigating:
This status might occur if there is suspicion of a violation of Tevi's policies and your transaction is temporarily held for investigation.
Note: Depend on your payout method, the processing time may vary. So make sure to stay informed about the progress of your withdrawal process, ensuring transparency and control over your earnings.
