How to send direct message to a streamer?

You can only send direct message to channel owners when they activate the Messaging extension and allow you to chat.

You will find a Messaging icon in their channels if they have activated the Messaging extension.

But you will only be able to chat with them if you are in the right group (Follower or Subscriber) that the channel owners have set.
