How to Submit a Problem Report on Tevi?
If you encounter any issues while using Tevi and need to report a problem, you can follow these steps:
On PC:
- Visit support.tevi.com using your web browser.
- Locate the + icon next to the search icon and click on it to access the support options.
- Select "Submit a ticket" from the available options.
- Provide the necessary information, including your Tevi ID, email, and contact name.
- Choose the "help and feedback" department to ensure your ticket reaches the appropriate team.
- Input a subject for your problem and select the appropriate classification.
- Describe your problem in detail, providing as much information as possible to help our support team understand the issue.
- If you have any relevant screenshots or videos, you can attach them to the ticket.
- Once you have filled out all the required information, click on the submit button to send your report.
On Mobile devices:
- Log in to your Tevi account using the mobile app.
- Tap on your profile picture to access the Profile Screen.
- Select the "Support" option from the available menu.
- Choose the subject related to your problem.
- Describe your problem in detail, providing all the necessary information to assist our support team.
- Enter your name, email, and phone number.
- If you have any photos or videos related to the issue, you can upload them.
- After completing the required details, tap the Submit button to send your report.
