Kick/Mute Unwanted Guests from Your Livestream on Tevi

Maintain a positive livestream experience by managing unwanted guests. This guide illustrates how to kick or mute individuals during your livestream on Tevi.

You can only block a viewer when they input a chat message in your livestream. When you choose to block a viewer:

  1. They will be kicked out of this live event immediately.
  2. They will not see your Space anymore.
  3. They will not be able to follow or subscribe to your Space.

If you find a viewer's comment inappropriate, you can block them by following these guides:


- On Tevi App:

  1. During your Livestream, long pressing their chat message.
  2. Tap “Mute this user” to prevent a viewer from chatting in your Live, or "Block this user" to kick them out.
  3. Confirm your choice.

- On PC/Mobile Web Browser:

  1. On the Chat panel, click the message of the viewer who you want to mute/block.
  2. Click “Mute this user” to prevent a viewer from chatting in your Live, or "Block" to kick them out.
