[FAQ] I got donated by Stars during my livestream but I don't see them in my Tevi Wallet. What should I do?
Regardless of the currency that your supporters donated (Stars or USD), your revenue will be auto converted into USD and show on your event bill in only USD.
If your revenue doesn’t show up on your paid event bill in USD, it may be considered a minor glitch on Tevi system due to peak hour. In this case, please contact Tevi Customer Service and provide these following information to help us support you quickly and effectively:
- Your Tevi ID.
- Your Space Name.
- Your Live ID.
- Your country timezone.
- The exact time your livestream ends.
You can find your Live ID by accessing My Space > Live, then click on your Livestream that is having revenue display issue:
After we receive your information, we will review your case and come up with a suitable solution as soon as possible.
