[FAQ] What can I adjust in my Membership Tier?

As a creator on Tevi, you can create and customize your own Membership Tier to offer exclusive content and rewards to your loyal supporters. A Membership Tier consists of different components that you can adjust according to your preferences and goals. Here is a brief overview of what you can adjust/customize:

Tier Name

This is the name of your Membership Tier that you want to give to your supporters when they subscribe. You can get creative and give them a special title that reflects your brand or personality.

Membership Price (Only applied to Spaces without Verified Tick)

In general, you can change your Membership price anytime you want, regardless having active subscribers or not.


Verified Spaces are not able to change the price of existing Membership Tier.

Tier Description and Cover Photo

To introduce your Membership Tier, you can input a short description and add a photo cover. You can also mention anything you want your supporters to know about how this Tier benefits them.

Thank You Message

This is a message that will be automatically sent to your new subscribers when they claim your Membership Tier for the first time.

Customized Benefits

This is where you let your supporters know what they can expect to gain from owning your Membership Tier. You can choose from Tevi’s suggestions or offer your own benefit’s custom name and description. 


For example, you can offer benefits such as early access, behind-the-scenes, polls, chat groups, video calls, collaborations, or anything else that you think will add value to your supporters’ experience.


*On Tevi, you can only create 1 Membership Tier, and you won't be able to delete a Membership Tier once activated (Total active subscribers >0).
