Can I recover deleted accounts?
You can only recover your account within 30 days after deleting it. Just re-login to Tevi on any devices to recover your account and channel. Your account and channel data will be completely deleted after 30 days and cannot be recovered.
Can I delete my account?
You may open Settings page on applications and find Delete-account guides. Your account, including channel information and database, will be deactivated 30 days before completely being removed out of Tevi.
How do I log out?
On web, you may see the Log-out button at the bottom of menu tab. On application, you may find it in Edit-profile page.
Why is my account banned?
Your account will be locked if and only if there are indications or evidence that it has violated the provisions of the Terms of Use. Violations will be noted for unusual activities when using the system, making payments or withdrawing funds, as well ...
Can I recharge for Star from my country?
Recharging are mostly available for any countries, since you can recharge for Star via in-app purchase on applications or buying Star from Tevi's Recharge Page on website.
