2024 November 8 - version 3.27.0:

1. Update to Gift Goal Feature (formerly: Star Goal)
"Star Goal" is now renamed to "Gift Goal”. The progress bar has been moved to the live player, so hosts and viewers can easily track progress toward the goal.

2. Real-Time Analytics for Hosts in Livestream
Hosts can now access real-time analytics during their live events. View key metrics such as: ticket sales summary, gift statistics, interactive games revenue and New Members.
New Members: those subscribing right in the livestream or purchasing Membership to access.

3. Mode Switch Alert
When switching between Public and Private mode, users will now receive an alert informing them that they can only change the mode again after 24 hours.

When users attempt to access a Space that they are blocked from, show notification that they are blocked from viewing or following that Space.

Enter a redeem code directly in the app to receive Stars, which can be used for interactions, donate, buy Membership …

4/ Game
The "Game" tab has been removed from Space detail and is now displayed under the "Post" tab.
Updated the placement of the Game icon in the live player.

5/ Update policy: Only verified Spaces can now access the feature to exchange Tevi to Stars.

 

2024 September 18 - version 3.25.0

1. Optimise exclusive Posts
- Video posts: Creators can now add a custom cover when posting a video, enhancing the visual appeal and attracting more viewers.
- Image posts: be automatically blurred.

2. Livestream Access
Hosts can now allow followers to access their livestream by either purchasing a ticket or becoming a member, offering flexible entry options for viewers.

2024 August 28 - version 3.23.0:

1/ Simplified Monetization Setup for Hosts
When creating a Live session or a Post, hosts will now see a convenient pop-up offering to automatically set up all available monetization features.

Hosts can enable all these features instantly by simply tapping the "Active now" button.
2/ New privacy controls for Space: protected/unpublished
Creators can now adjust the status of their Space to Protected or Unpublished to enhance privacy.
This setting is available in Creator Tools under Privacy & Safety.
Detailed guidelines on the effects of changing the status are provided to help creators make informed decisions.
3/ (Live) Enhanced Room Management Controls
In the Room Management section, under the Viewer tab, hosts can:
- Kick: Remove viewers from the live stream.
-Block: Permanently prevent viewers from accessing future live streams and Space’s post.
-Mute chat: Silence viewers' chat contributions during the live session
4/ Auto Set Cover for Live
Automatically setting a cover image when the host does not manually choose one.
5/ NSFW Image Detection and Alert
System now automatically detects if an image or images in a reply contain sexual content.
If such content is detected, the image will be covered, and an alert will be displayed to inform users of the nature of the content.
6/ Lock Event
Convert livestream from free to Member-only type after “Go-live” already
How to lock: Click "Settings” -> tap “Lock Event” and choose “Members”
Note:
- Available viewers must subscribe to continue watching, new access will need to become a Member;
- Only lock once per live, no option to unlock a “locked” event;
- Co-hosts are automatically exempt from this change, ensuring they can continue participating without the need to become Member.

8/ Membership Feature Update

2024 August 12 - version 3.22.0

1/ New Comment Monetization in Live Sessions
Every comment made during a live session will cost 1 Star. 50% of the charge will go directly to the host.

2/ NSFW Image Detection for Avatars and Covers
When submitting new images for avatars or covers, if the uploaded image(s) are flagged as NSFW (Not Safe for Work), the host will receive an alert and will be unable to save the image(s).

3/ Selective Game Banner Display in Live player
Only banners of selected games will be displayed in the live player.

4/ Introducing the Gift Love Icon in Live Player!
Viewers can now quickly donate to the host by clicking the new gift love icon.

5/Update on TikTok Links
Posts containing TikTok links will no longer display meta information.

6/ Follower Tab removed from Creator's Tool
The Follower tab has been removed from the Creator's Tool interface.

1. Welcome Gift for new users
Welcoming new users to our platform: the Welcome Gift of 10 Stars upon account registration. This program is designed to enhance your initial experience and provide immediate benefits upon joining our community.

2. Daily Gift
Rewarding our valued users with exciting rewards every day. Every user can open a Daily Gift once per day to receive Stars. Users have the chance to win Jackpot up to 99 Stars. Users with a VIP pass can open the Daily Gift three times per day.

3. Onboarding new user
Opening registration page, where new users could set a unique and cool username, avatar and Space link.

4. Grow your fanbae
Rewards creators as they achieve significant milestones in their follower count on Tevi. By reaching specified growth targets, creators receive monetary bonuses.

The program starts on 1st July 2024.
Our system will verify if applicants meet the program's eligibility criteria, ensuring a fair and transparent selection process.

5. Interactions of react/reply/translate a post
Users will be charged 1 Star for each react, comment, or translation they perform. 50% of the charge will go directly to the owner of the post or content, while the remaining 50% will support the platform’s continued development and maintenance. Post owners will receive 50% of these charges at the end of each day.

2024 June 7 - version 3.19.0

New features and improvements:


1. Tevi's Gifter-Level Promotion:
Tevi’s most dedicated contributors will now be able to unlock exclusive features to help them stand out of the crowd. As the patron passes through each threshold and gains badges, they unlock perks. These perks include exclusive gifts the user can send their favorite creators and impressive animation during live events.

2. Donate Star to hosts right at their posts:
If you love posts of some creators, you can donate Star to them by tapping the “gift box” icon right below the post.
For Tevi's creators: to enable this feature, head into Creator Tools -> Creator Next -> Donation -> Donation Setting and turn on toggle “Allow donate to post”.

3. Bookmark posts: saving favorite posts
Users are now allowed to curate posts they may need to refer back to for any reason. To return to your bookmarks at a later time, you’ll need to head into the Account Menu -> Bookmarks

4. Post Collection
You can create a collection on your Space with an album of photos, videos or posts from a special time or place, like a birthday party or vacation.

 

2024 May 6 - version 3.18.0:

New features and improvements:
1. Lock Event: convert livestream from free into paid type after “Go-live” already
  1. How to lock: Click "Settings” -> Click “Lock Event” and set a price
Note:
      - Available viewers must pay to continue watching, new access will need to purchase a ticket;

2. Creator Extensions: move list of extensions to "Creator next";
3. Follow Space: auto follow a Space after 5s accessing Space’s post or live.
4. Turn off auto follow:  stop your account from auto-following other Spaces

1. New policy on video uploading
  1. Duration: Up to 90 seconds (longer videos up to 10 minutes only for verified Spaces)
  2. Recommended format: .mp4/.mov/.webm

2. Sign up with Telegram: enable sign up new Tevi account with Telegram
3. Translate post and thread: to translate a post or comment written in another language, tap "See translation" below the post or comment.

2024 March 22 - Version 3.16.0:

New features and Improvements:
  1. Home, Collapse posts: group posts when a Space uploads contents in bulk (more than 3 posts within 5 minutes);
  2. Home and Space detail: scroll down to watch the next video;
  3. Donation, Membership USD checkout: Save card details for future use, enable to pay with other cards besides saved ones.
  4. Following tab: enable sort following Spaces by Last activity time (create post, go live) or Last follow time. Enable pin to the top,  mute/unmute, unfollow a Space by swiping left (no need to access Space);
  5. Space detail: accessing a Space, followers will no longer see the Live tab.  On-going/scheduled livestreams will be shown under "Posts" tab;

2023 December 23 - Version 3.12.0:

  1. Payout agency: the model for payout process helps operation and agency teams optimize execution time and control payout requests more efficiently.
