Things to know before making a withdrawal request

Before making a withdrawal request on Tevi, it's crucial to understand certain key aspects to ensure a smooth process.

Withdrawal conditions and minimum balance:

- Your Tevi Wallet is not frozen.
- You have at least $10 in your Tevi Wallet.

Withdrawal fees:

- We deduct 5% as service fee of your withdrawal amount.

Withdrawal processing time:

- The standard withdrawal processing time corresponds to the processing time displayed when setting up your payout method.

- However, this time frame may be extended if your withdrawal request triggers any suspicious income-generating activity (e.g., "Investigating" status) or is undergoing AML & anti-fraud scans by the paygate.
