How to Withdraw Your Earnings

You’ve earned it — now it’s time to cash out. This guide walks you through how to withdraw your Tevi earnings safely and efficiently.

🏦 Step 1: Add a Payout Method

Before withdrawing, make sure you’ve added at least one payout method to your account.

Supported methods include:

• Bank Transfer
• Payoneer
• Crypto Wallet (USDT)
  …and other options depending on your country.

💸 Step 2: Request Your Payout

Once your payout method is added and your wallet balance is $10 or more, you can make a withdrawal:

1. Go to My Wallet
2. Tap Payout Request
3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
4. Choose your Payout method and Withdraw option
5. Tap Send Request to submit

🔍 Step 3: Track Your Payout

Keep an eye on your payout progress:

1. Go to My Wallet → Payout Tracking
2. Check details including:
   • Requested amount
   • Date and time
   • Payout method
   • Status: Waiting, Processing, Success, Failed, or Investigating

⚠️ Reminders

• Double-check your payout details before submitting. Once a request is marked Processing, it can’t be changed or canceled.
• If a payout fails (e.g., due to incorrect bank info), the funds will automatically return to your Tevi Wallet.
• External transaction fees and processing times depend on your selected provider (bank, Payoneer, or crypto) and are not controlled by Tevi.
• Manual cancellation is not supported. If the request is still Waiting, you can contact support.tevi.com, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
