Wondering how long it takes to receive your payout — or what fees apply?
This guide explains Tevi’s current payout timeline and fee structure so you always know what to expect before withdrawing your earnings.
⏳ 1. How Long Does a Payout Take?
Your payout timeline depends on the option you choose when submitting a withdrawal request.

Processing Time |
Fee |
| Saving Payout | All creators | Within 15 days | 5% per request |
| Fast Payout | Premium users only | Within 24 hours | 10% (5% standard + 5% fast fee) |
💡 Tip: You can choose your payout option each time you withdraw — flexible, with no lock-in.
💰 2. What Fees Are Applied?
Tevi keeps fees simple and transparent.
Fee Type |

| Withdrawal Fee | 5% |
All payout requests |
| Fast Payout Fee | 5% |
Only when Fast Payout is selected (Premium users only) |
| External Transaction Fee | Varies |
Determined by your payout provider (bank, Payoneer, or crypto) |
📌 Note: External fees depend on your provider and may vary by country or currency.
Summary of Total Fees:
- Fast Payout: 10% (withdrawal + fast fee) + provider fee
- Saving Payout: 5% (withdrawal only) + provider fee
You’ll always see the exact fee and net amount before confirming your payout request.
🔍 3. How to Track Your Payout
You can monitor your payout status directly in the Tevi app:
- Go to Menu "≣" → My Wallet
- Choose Payout Tracking
Each payout record shows:
- Requested amount
- Date and payout method
- Status: Waiting, Processing, Success, Failed, or Investigating
📌 If a payout fails (e.g., due to incorrect information), the amount will automatically return to your Tevi Wallet.
⚠️ 4. What Can Delay a Payout
Delays can occur for several reasons:
- Inactive or incorrect payout method
- Delays from your payment provider (bank, Payoneer, or crypto)
- Public holidays or network maintenance
- Account under review for suspicious activity
🆘 5. What to Do If Your Payout Is Delayed
If your payout hasn’t arrived within the expected time:
- Verify your payout method is correct and active
- Check Payout Tracking for updates or error notes
