Identification (sometimes called KYC – Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying that you are the real owner of your Tevi account. It requires uploading a valid photo ID (such as a passport or national ID card) and following simple on-screen steps to capture your real face.
This process is powered by Sumsub, a trusted verification provider that follows international security standards. The photos you provide are used only for completing the identity check. Each Space on Tevi can be linked to only one verified account.
Completing Identification is important because it:
- Strengthens the security of your account
- Confirms your Space belongs to you
- Gives you priority access to Tevi campaigns and rewards
- Unlocks upcoming advanced features
- Required for creators to withdraw earnings
Verification usually takes just a few minutes. Once approved, your account will display a verified status, and you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of being a confirmed Tevi creator or supporter.
