How to Verify Your Identity (Identification Level)

 Verifying your identity is the first step to secure your account and unlock advanced features on Tevi. The process takes only a few minutes and ensures that your Space is tied to the real account owner.

Step 1: Prepare your ID document

You’ll need one valid photo ID, such as:

• Passport
• National ID card

💡 Tip: Make sure the document is valid and the photo is clear.

Step 2: Open Identification Level

1. Log in to Tevi on the app or web.
2. Go to Menu "≣" > Identification
3. At the first screen of Identification Center Tap Continue.
4. Select your region (inside or outside of the USA).

Step 3: Update information, upload your ID and selfie

• Input your full and accurate information in the Profile Detail section.
• Upload a photo of your chosen ID document.
• Follow the on-screen instructions so the system can capture your real face.

👉 All images are collected solely to complete the verification process.

Step 4: Verification review

• The process is powered by Sumsub and follows international security standards.
• Each ID document can only be used to verify one Tevi account — once it has been successfully verified, it cannot be reused for another account.
• Most verifications are completed within a few minutes.

Step 5: Enjoy your verified benefits

Once your verification is approved, you’ll:

• Strengthen your account security.
• Make withdrawals
